It has a large living room, TV area and a very comfortable sofa to spend those afternoons of series or movies on Netflix with your roommates. The living room also has a large window that receives natural light all day and you can also go out to the terrace to have some fresh air, a cup of coffee or, why not, an ice cold beer to simply take advantage of the sunny days in Barcelona.

The kitchen has a modern design and is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your best dishes, plus you have your own space in the fridge and cupboard to store your things. Right through the kitchen you have access to an interior laundry patio with a washing machine and clothesline.

You are still in the center of the city and enjoying an enviable location that you can always show off when your friends ask you Where do you live? You smile and say it humbly. You are surrounded by a lot of neighbourhood shops that will make your life very easy when you need something, except a spaceship you will have everything a few streets away. Very close you have the Glories shopping and leisure center and right in front of it is another emblematic Barcelona building such as the Agbar tower, which is a light show every night.
