This charming apartment has been renovated with an interior design and design project ideal for young professionals and students. It has a very cool living-dining room with a TV and armchairs to spend those afternoons watching series or movies on Netflix with your flatmates ;), and it is almost connected to the kitchen, which is fully equipped with a fridge and freezer, stove, oven, microwave and everything you need to bring out that "chef" in you and surprise your roommates. Right through the kitchen you have access to an interior laundry patio with a washing machine and clothes line.

The apartment is decorated mainly in light tones, with botanical details, giving it a distinctive appearance.

In total, the apartment has four bedrooms, all equipped with everything you need to move in, and a full bathroom. Remember that once a week, the apartment has a cleaning service for the common areas, so you will only have a good coexistence with your colleagues while you enjoy your new home.

The best of the Zone: L'Eixample is not only the largest neighborhood in the city and a large tourist, leisure and cultural center, but also one of the most popular and well-known areas for architecture and design in the city, which seen from the air, it is drawn as a perfect grid, a symbol of Barcelona's architectural identity. Our coliving is strategically located in the heart of this neighborhood as it is surrounded by two important streets, on the one hand, Avenida Diagonal, one of the arteries through which the city's traffic flows and also one of the main cycling routes and of running in case your thing is outdoor sports. You can also freely enjoy the Bicing public transport service, as well as innumerable fashion shops, banks, universities, hotels and an incalculable commercial and gastronomic offer. On the other hand, our Coliving is crossed by the famous Paseo de Gracia street where there are a large number of emblematic buildings that are the pride of the Catalans and that represent their architectural wealth such as La Pedrera and Casa Batlló. In addition, this street is home to the most luxurious shops in the world, so taking a walk will always be an interesting experience and if your pocket allows you to make such purchases, then you will be doubly lucky.

Nearby Transport: As far as transport is concerned, it's too easy for you since the Diagonal metro stop with lines 3 and 5 is just two blocks away. For bus stops you won't have any difficulties since you have multiple options both on Vía Diagonal and on the Paseo de Gracia that will take you to any point in the city in less than 30 minutes.
